Indicated: have evidence to say abuse happened. Founded: some type of charge pressed, found guilty. Pending juvenile court action: charge is pending, just wanted to indicate report and for kids to move on. Pending criminal court action: we don"t know who committed the abuse, example: Assist parents in: conditions harmful to their children. In a manner that does not put their children at risk. Incidents that don"t rise to the level of abuse as defined by the cpsl but may need intervention on behalf of the family or child: examples: By law: the referral source cannot be disclosed. If you know who it was, you still cannot disclose. Information cannot be given about a client without a signed release: example: Only pertinent information will be shared: not the case history.
