Social arrangements often fail to protect women"s rights & autonomy. Women"s needs & interest are insufficiently reflected in the society. Established institutions & social relations limits women"s choices. democratic self-representation & self-determination. Patriarchal nature of inherited conditions does not give way to. Key issues have been: right to vote, the ending of discrimination against women, equal opportunities for women, stopping violence against women, paternalistic & moralistic laws (abortion, sexual relationship, marriage, etc. ) They argue that state should effectively protect women from all kinds of violence. State must change the unjust laws that oppress & discriminate women. Patriarchal laws place control over women"s lives in the hands of others, take choice way from women. The state must not have a preference for a particular family form & must not promote that certain family form. New laws need to be passed against sexual harassment & sex discrimination. State needs to promote justice on the family.
