Subscapular fossa: on body on scapula, coracoid process, finger-like protrusion, posterior structures, medial border (closest to spine, lateral border (closest to armpit) Spine = divides fossa on blade: supraspinous fossa, infraspinous fossa. Intertubercular sulcus: between the two tubercles, anatomical neck, between head and two tubercles.
