Personality determined by relatively stable traits which are fundamental units to one"s personality. Causes of behavior resides within person - traits predispose us to act a certain way. Traits won"t always predict situational behavior is the environment really the predictor of how you will perform. Personality determined by situation/environment - it shapes the way we behave.
