Company tries to limit fees through in-house lawyers, negotiation having things on per project basis instead of hourly, be organized. Depends on what the client is up to do- if client is willing to undergo a length trial and appeals, attorney will pursue that route. Other times after learning the costs, the client may decide on a settlement. Must also consider the defendant"s ability to pay damages sought.
