Lb 119 summary of some integration techniques. The following is a brief summary of some integration techniques you may or may not know from calculus i and some tips on what to look for in each case. Most of these are covered in my calculus i course. If you had a different instructor or are coming in with ap credit, there may be a few techniques toward the end of this sheet that you are unfamiliar with. We will be reviewing most of the techniques in class, but it will go very quickly so make sure to keep up with the material and use this first week to learn the techniques you have not previously learned. We will be learning even more techniques which are not listed on this sheet. Practice until you feel comfortable with each technique: you should know the basic anti-derivatives / integrals or think backwards from the derivative rules that you already know.
