Hyper media includes options to watch, listen, read stories (like cbs) designed for short attention spans ! Should be increasingly encouraging new mediums ! Digital technology seen in all steps of pr campaign ! Social media w/ every bene t there is a risk : informal but maintain relationships , website is like the lobby of a building ! Big risk social media largely uncontrolled : some have their own rules ! Like twitter & facebook they can shut down your account !
