September 11th, the gap it left in the skyline and in our city. The world trade center was attacked and turned into rubble on the morning of september. Known as the twin towers, this set of buildings was a landmark in the new york. City skyline, a representation of new york"s belief in itself, a symbol of confidence, and buildings that stood for much more. The world trade center is said to have been targeted because of its symbolic importance, economic ramifications, and body count, and its destruction was intended to destroy the city1. However, despite the incredible loss of thousands loved ones, and the once standing twin towers, the attacks united new york city, making us stronger than ever before.
