You can take all coaches and divide them into two major types: the first type is called a transactional coach. A transactional coach uses his or her players to meet their own personal needs, i. e. prestige, money, better job, etc. The way that transactional coaches operate is that they use their power over their players to get whatever response it is that they desire.
