Students will have three chip & putt opportunities, all from the same spot off the green determined by instructor. A successful chip shot will need to land in a target zone roughly fifteen feet from the site of the original shot. The target zone will be a circle roughly six feet around the cup: two chip shot mulligans will be allowed for beginners. Once the ball has been chipped, the student will be expected to make the ball in a cup with one putt: no putting mulligans are allowed. The test is out of 25 points. Student will start out with 25 total points. Skill cues: must demonstrate these skill cues on each putting shot: Practice swing before shot at least once: must demonstrate these skill cues on each chip shot: Keep hands ahead of club head on follow through. Keep eyes on the ball all the way through contact.
