Order, buy rm, components, final product, deliver, sell through retailers. Assemble to order: components why are we holding out, subway. As you get it closer to customer speed of delivery increases. You don"t need to know, because: of bids, there just waiting to be called on. Order management: collect and manage info regarding customer requirements. Depending on decoupling point it decides customer experience. Faster, but you don"t get to customize as much. Decoupling point has to be in supply chain. Key management: make sure product is out there.
