The laptop that i bought the day before from your store was acer nitro 5 i5 which did not start since i tried to start it from the first day. I immediately called at the store and told everything to the store manager. But, he insisted that the damage have had happened by me at home. I did not even open any screws at home. I just took the battery out for a while to see if it was the battery which caused the laptop. But, i found that the keyboard lights and the fan were working properly. I could even minimize or maximize the speed of the fan and the light of keyboard. I thought that the problem was with its screen which did not even turned on.
