Document Summary

Factory farming is the inhumane way that humans get their meat. The animals in these large scale factory farms are mistreated, abused, and kept in terrible conditions. Chickens for example, are kept in small cages with multiple other chickens that could be dead or alive and never treated for any diseases or injuries. Mother pigs are kept in small cages with space only to stand up and feed their young, who are separated from her at a young age. The mom will have as many litter as possible before slaughter. Many other animals are treated in more horrible ways than we can imagine on factory farms. In my opinion, factory farming is terrible and very barbaric of us a a human race to do to these animals who are forced to spend their lives there. I eat meat, but i also know that the majority of the meat in our country comes from these animals.
