What is psychology: scientific study of behavior and mental processes, aka everything we think of and do. What are behaviors: any action people take that are observable by senses, overt - done or shown openly; plainly or readily apparent, not secret or hidden. What are mental processes: thoughts and feeling, these are harder to study. Often used are questionnaires and observing actions/ expressions: these are reliant on the subjects to be truthful and accurate.
