They have been counterproductive, people are not putting their phones in their lap and that makes the reaction time even longer. Federal government likes to issue mandates, they state usually corporate to keep the cash flow (cid:272)o(cid:373)i(cid:374)g. federal go(cid:448)"t said that the(cid:455) had to raise the dri(cid:374)ki(cid:374)g age a(cid:374)d lo(cid:449)er the speed li(cid:373)it. His predictions- federal goverment will eventually mandate that cellphones are prohibited. --the ability to obtain a derivers license is a right.
