Increased risks for prostate, endometrial, and uterine cancer. In pregnant women, increased risks of fetal and maternal death, labor and delivery complications, and birth defects. Increased risk for colon, gallbladder, and kidney cancers. For every 2 pound increase, the risk of arthritis increases 9-13% Increased risk in osteoarthritis, esp in weight bearing joints.
