Self disclosure revelations: reveal things to people that are personal, anxieties, fears, etc want to build and strengthen the relationship. Ii. people judge disclosure and judge unintentional more than intentional, if they think you are not hearing it, they trust you more. Depth: how intimate the disclosure is (i. e. family is messed up vs sharing favorite colors) Breadth: when you know lots of little things about the person that are not intimate. Two people in a fight believe something, so the feelings are honest but the facts are inaccurate. Talking about ut and someone talks about being a student (relevant) start talking about horseback riding, not relevant. Valence ? trust negative more than positive, but we like positive more. Clarity have to talk and express or people will not process with you or understand what you are feeling ; don"t expect people to understand easy.
