Larceny = the trespassory taking and carrying away of the personal property of another with the intent to permanently deprive the owner thereof. Robbery = the taking of personal property of another from the other"s person or presence, by force or intimidation, with the intent to permanently deprive him of it. Accomplice = one who assists or encourages the carrying out of the crime, but doesn"t commit the. Accessory after the fact = guilty of obstruction of justice. C/l = one is an accomplice if he intentionally assists another engage in conduct that constitute crime. Can aid, abet, encourage, solicit, advise or procure commission or attempted commission. Words or thoughts/prayers are enough if other party knows of them. Mere presence is not sufficient --- an affirmative act, no matter how slight, is required.
