Sometimes it is appointed by the parent or they decide by themselves. Some reason that they choose to be sworn is to be free, economic and sexual orientation. Biological males who dress like women and take on female gender roles/tasks. They cross dress, they behave as women (surgery, hormones, dress, act) But the do not recognize as women, only male.
