Feds funded the interstate highway, but the state controls its security. Military industrial government is involved with these activities, which was sneaky because it wasn"t always military. All the highways and airports allow mobile for domestic and military purposes, spreading the country out (not concentrating in certain areas) Building the guns, you supply the butter. A guy drives interstate across the country to sell his multi-million-dollar software product. The driver has never been to the destination, gets a map and sees he has to go all the way north and then all the way south, which would take a long time. The other way to get there is to go another route through a long bridge and he would be south already. He chooses to go to the bridge and he has to exit in the left, but tan tan tan surprise, no.
