Government is giving the power to tax their people to the congress but the congress doesn"t do that, it sets up a regulatory system to do it. One state can"t go to war by itself. 17 authority to create washington dc. Could add, modify or reinforce powers or further restrain power (ex: bill of rights) Amendment 1 freedom of speech, religion, press. Separation of church and state is not what is said, ex: free exercise of religion in public schools is prohibited. You cant yell fire in a crowded theater. Not bombs etc, just arms but they didn"t know the world would be like this. There are already 30 thousand laws for arms and 82% of households have guns. Amendment 10 and amendment 14 no state shall make or enforce any law that would abridge any rights of the citizens (conduit law) Brief and should be a mix of fairly easy, moderately difficult, and challenging questions.
