Infractions: noncriminal offense punishable by fine (parking/traffic violation) Breaking and entering- person who breaks and enters with no one home with intent to commit a felony punishment by felony up to 10 years. Unlawful entry: a person who breaks and enter without intent punishable by misdemeanor up to 90 days (have to happen in police presence) Home invasion: a person enters a home with someone home with the intent to commit a felony when another person was lawfully present punishable by felony up to 20 years. First degree murder: victims death, death caused by defendant, death not justified, defendant actually intended to kill.
