Current models of leadership: ei- emotional intelligence: people need both intrapersonal and interpersonal skills to adjust to the world. They must be aware of self, be able to adapt to changes, self-motivate, empathize with others, have good social skills: authentic leadership: there is a correlation between this still and positive performance outcomes!
