They did it from a global feminist perspective, which is universalizing western feminism. they talked about oppression of third world women, and made assumptions that all women needed to be saved by western feminism. Western feminist savior narrative: just imposing their ideas on the rest of the world. Transnational feminism focuses on intersectionality and feminism that is speci c to the rest of the world.
