About 10 years ago, they were facing financial crisis. They changed their process of delivering pizza. Transform how pizza are able to buy pizza. Before: people have to wait 30 min from when the pizza was first purchased. Little caesars transformed their process which decreased the waiting time to less than 5 minutes. Transformed pizza into a fast food endeavors.
