Powdered sugar machine ground granulated sugar that cuts crystals into a powdery texture. Higher # of xs = finer grains. Invert sugar granulated sugar dissolved in water. Molasses product of highly viscous/sticky brown liquid sugar crystals extracted from sugar cane/sugar beet during the production of granulated sugar, which is then repeatedly boiled till caramelization occurs.
