As you rub across the back of your hand if you put your fingers on something that moves a hard structure that moves & slides back & forth tendon (muscle to bone) If something is hard and wont slide back & forth - bone. Head of humerus fits into the socket. Most important part of scapula is the cavity which is the glenoid cavity. Read & go over the humerus articulates with the radius & ulna. All fingers bend in one plane except the thumb. The thumb does not have phalange as you do in other fingers. Each finger has 3 phalanges except thumb which has 2. Sacrum attached to two os coxae on both sides.
