Technology/communications: as characters of culture it is now shared. Globalization: interconnection of commerce, business, education, connectivity with people. Urbanization: 60% of the world"s population lives in cities, exposure to other cultures (adapting to other ways of living) Younger people because they are more open to change. Diffusion - take one thing from one culture add to another. Acculturation - when one society replaces another culture with their own by force.
