The garden city became a victim of its own success. The population over time comprised with skilled workers. Many people found the city to a success, but howard was upset because the city became just like any other city. Grows quickly, after 10 years the population was 10,000. Healthier and lived longer lives that people in london. Howard wanted investors to invest purely for philanthropy, but they wanted it to expand.
