If you think it is wrong to kill a severely mentally handicapped person, then you must think it is wrong to kill any animals that are more intelligent. Find some distinctive feature of humans: reason, communication, emotions, sympathy, self- awareness, etc. Reply: in every case, we can find a marginal human who lacks this feature and a human who does not.
