Pakistan and india - impermissible to retrieve organs from dead. No separation of body and soul in islamic beliefs. Mutilating the body to retrieve an organ is against the beliefs. Some jurists see no problem with it sanctity of life for the fetus. Do least amount of damage to corpse of woman.
