Passive euthanasia: is a case of euthanasia where the death is brought about (or hastened by) withdrawing or withholding some form of treatment. Voluntary euthanasia: is a case where the patient has consented to being a subject of euthanasia. The patient can consent by providing a living will, stating what should be done with them in certain situations.
