Unlike english, spanish has grammatical gender agreement . Each noun in spanish is classified as either masculine or feminine. Estar means to be and it use to indicate location. Tu est s you are el/ella est he/ she is. Usted est you are nosotros/as estamos we are vosotros/as est is you are. Ustedes est n you are ellos/ellas est n they are.
