The camra from the tall persons viewpoint should look down on the shorter person. If these angles are not kept consistent, the discrepancy will make it suck. Angles can be used to intensify an vent or reveal the underlying feelings of a particular situation. If you use dynamic angles you will increase the dramatic power of a scene.
