Uncertainty reduction theory (people: when someone needs more information about the other party in order to reduce their uncertainty, power distance. The size of the gap between people with high and low power i. e. the rich, middle class and low class: masculinity vs. femininity. Gentle, caring, cooperative: long-term vs. short-term. Cultures are dynamic: evolve and change overtime, primary sources of change (4) (1) invention. Creating of tools, ideas, practices: ex. the wheel (2) diffusion.
