Petty crimes: minor misdemeanors usually punishable by jail sentence of less than six months. Property vs white collar crimes: non employees often commit property crimes, while employees usually commit while collar crimes, property crimes are committed against the business, white collar crimes are usually committed against society, property crimes. Any provoke violence, white collar crimes usually don"t. Robbery: if there"s not fear or force, then it"s a theft. Burglary: when someone enters unlawfully a building with the intent to commit felony. Larceny: wrongful and taking away of someone"s property, disablelimg of the use of it. Failure to report publicity and the offense goes unpunished.
