The goal of this study is to investigate the effect of yoga and aerobic exercise on the sleep quality in women with type 2 diabetes. The type of study was a randomized control trial. The participants were 39 women with an average age of about 47 years old from semnan city. Their average weight, height, and bm were 69. 79 kg, 155. 03, and 24. 69 kg/m2 respectively. All of the participants had some sort of background of diabetes four about. The participants were split into 3 groups; yoga, aerobic, and control group. The duration of this exercise program was for 12 weeks 3 exercise session each week. Sleep quality was measured through the pittsburgh sleep quality index (psqi). Sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep duration, sleep efficiency, sleep disturbances, sleep medications, daytime dysfunction, and overall sleep quality score was measured.
