In israeli study, artists were the highest in openness to experience but they were only significantly higher than doctors, who scored the lowest in this trait. Artists and lawyers were highest in the neuroticism whereas doctors were the most emotionally stable. Sales associates more likely to make quota if they were high in conscientiousness and openness and low in agreeableness. Employers should screen for traits like honesty-humility which will allow them to identify and screen out individuals who are more likely to engage in deviant behavior. Personality development over the lifespan: continuity, change, and coherence.
