Circulatory issue nowhere in your body does blood have more than 2 options reason is to maintain blood pressure so you get blood to tip of toe, etc. Right renal artery comes off the aorta about a cm or more lower than the left renal artery don"t come off opposite each toher. As blood is coming out of aorta and gets to left renal artery, it can go into the artery or keep going down aorta. Ureters are literally going through muscles fig 27. 2 cross section. Adipose anchors the kidneys to the posterior body wall. People concerned with physical condition can dislodge kidneys.
