The differences between caste and class system are caste system is a system where one" social status is held for life while class system is a social hierarchy that allows individual to move among classes. Other differences are that class system is fluid, movement is possible, class are economically based, and class are large scale and impersonal. Sex refers to physical differences of the body, whereas gender refers to the psychological, social, and cultural differences between male and females, such a goal, personality, and social roles. Distinction between sex and gender is important because many of the important differences between man and females are not biological rather socially formed traits such as masculinity femininity. The characteristic of gender is formed by society. Society distinguish male and female with certain behavior that is regarded as appropriate for the members of each sex. In the other hand sex is something we are born with while gender is something we do and learn.
