People tend to hate the congress and instead be fond of their congressmen, due to the different initiatives for both. Congress as a whole, is looked as deceiving, aggressive and un-ruling, towards many events. However, a congressman is venerated for his/her individual impact on the environment and how he/she takes their time out to understand the concerning areas. People have a tendency to look at a whole group as un-concerning or indifferent to concerning issues that the environment be disposed to put out. Overall, the congress doesn"t converge focus on one community, whereas a congressman usually take their time to have staff addressing the local issues. Moreover, congressmen have opportunities to meet citizens in person at events/dinners and this brings the trust to people in person. Congressmen have the advantage of local media covering their actions and getting their name recognized.
