In february 1945, roosevelt (decolonization), churchill (colonialism) and stalin (isolation) gathered at yalta, what later would be known as the conference of yalta: It is commonly seen as one of the chief purposes of international organizations such as un: four policemen, four-power occupation of germany, plans were drawn up for this, with france occupying the fourth zone.
