Spectators and aggression: spectators are more likely to facilitate aggression- not only on the court, but also in the stands. Game reasoning- how you logically play out what should happen in any given situation in your sport. If i do behaviour a, i know what behaviours will follow (ex. offensive plays) If your plan doesn"t work out, aggression can build: if i injure this player, we will have a better chance of winning . But, the other team can come back from this and play just as well, or better. Athletic injuries and aggression: aggressor and target could possibly both be injured, retaliation from either team. Athletic performance and aggression: sometimes aggression can increase motivation more focused, can also become highly distracted- more worried about being aggressive than your performance. Gender and cultural differences: males show higher levels of aggression, different cultures have different morals.
