Problem: ensuring a stable and safe blood supply within a population. Anyone who has access to a mass audience. People don"t want statement of current events. Reporters are successful if they know difference between news and publicity (current events) Example: editor assigns something to be covered. Typically, this is done more often in media. Once they find something they pitch it to the editor. All comes down to how much space/time they"re willing to get up for story. Play the amount of time their story is featured. Competing with other journalists for this all the time. How much of audience is going to change and by how much. How well the figures and story already is in the readers lives. Reader"s don"t want to read the same thing over and over again. Does it highlight some sort of conflict/no story without it. All good stories fit into this quote:
