Living with a group of people for an extended period of time. You want a complete picture of how these people live. Anthropologists do it for a year and some go back for a month. They were armchair anthropologists, did their research from their home or office. This gives us evidence that cultural evolutionism is fraud. Much of the data they collected was either incomplete, biased, or incorrect because they didn"t research on the people"s terms, they researched on their own terms.
