Uterine horns: extension of body: vagina. Between cervix and external orifice: vulva. External portion of female tract: vestibule. Develop in abdomen and migrate to scrotum: tunica albuginea. Fibrous covering: endocrine activity of the testicle. Retains the testis, epididymis, and distal spermatic cord. Dartos muscle lines scrotum and regulates temperature of the testicles. Cremaster muscles raise/lower testicles in body cavity. Location of sertoli cells: rete testis. Portion of testicle that does not produce sperm. Drains into efferent duct: efferent duct. Collection of channels at head of epididymis: epididymal duct. Continuation of efferent duct that runs though length of epididymis: epidiymis. Site of sperm maturation and storage: head of epididymis concentrate sperm. Receives efferent ducts: body of epididymis acquire mobility, tail of epididymis houses mature sperm. Connects to ductus deferens: ductus deferens.
