Conveyance: move product from station to station. Over processing: investing too much in something that the customer will not pay. Correction: producing, making, causing defects or errors. Overburden: making machines or people do more than they are capable of. Wasted knowledge and creativity: not taking into account knowledge. De ned as level of output of a given process relative to the level of output. Method study: how to do something + work measurement: how long something takes.
