(it is cultural value, not cheap labors) Animals don"t need their third factor but human beings cannot learn anything without social interaction. Animal: little, fit in the group very easily. Huge, cannot integrate into a social group: agents of socialization. Social institutions shape the process of socialization including: Over-socialization: a person lacks ability to thing independently based on reality. Under-socialization: a person"s beliefs in social rules are weakened. Lack of common knowledge on moral principles: social context of socialization. The strong relation between at least one adult and one child to transmit emotional contact and intimate feelings (safety), to instill values, norms, motivation, and knowledge. This relation must be backed up by at least another adult that reinforces what the child has learned and provides the child support and rewards.
