Unlike binet, there are different versions of the test for different ages. Integration and synthesis of relationships (how things fit together) Child has to make a specific pattern in a set amount of time. Shown a puzzle they must put together by choosing three pieces. Tests if you can analyze/synthesize abstract visual information. Ability to see conceptual relationships (abstract) from visual details and apply them to new problems. Child is shown a picture of scales, one has a missing weight and they have to choose what to put there. Ability to hold information in the short term memory and work with it to produce correct results. Auditory and visual short term memory is tested.
