Lab #1 thinking critically with aesthetics : how do artists and scientists think alike, scientists and artists think alike because they both step out of their comfort zone to explore new, imaginative ideas. Artists use paint and clay to express ideas. Similarly, scientists use experimentation and inventions to demonstrate creative ideas: can we apply this thinking to other endeavors, yes, we can apply this thinking to many things. In any career employees need creativity and imagination. Creativity is also used a lot in sports. Athletes need to be creative when creating plays and when making quick decisions: what is the nature of human cognition, the nature of human cognition is its ambiguity. This allows for evolution and change because everyone thinks differently. Also, our minds are more complex than a model of the human brain.
